Shipping & Handling

Shipping is determined by size and weight of your order and is automatically calculated to be at the United States Postal Service actual rate at checkout. Phone orders will be quoted exact shipping and handling at the time the orders are placed. Orders placed via the Firetacks.com secure web site are subject to adjustment to the exact shipping and handling charges at the time the orders are filled. We ship all ordered via United States Postal Service (USPS). If you need your order faster, call or email to make special arrangements or select "expedited shipping" at checkout.  Tracking numbers for USPS First Class mail are not provided by USPS.  Tracking numbers are available with expedited and international orders.  Free Shipping promotions are for Standard United States Shipping only.  Free Shipping does not include expedited shipping.  Free shipping promotions are within USA only, no international. We always ship domestic USA and internationally via United States Postal Service unless expedited shipping is requested.

Be aware that once packages leave United States shores, we have no control over the shipment when it arrives in your country's customs*. Most international shipments arrive in a week or so.  Sometimes a country's customs randomly hold back mail or shipped items for inspection. We have never had any of our products have a problem in any country's customs. RARELY, packages held for inspection could mean that your order may take up to SIX WEEKS or more to get to you. Please plan that into your ordering strategy. Contact your own country's customs to inquire when you experience delays. WildTech Corporation is not responsible for delayed shipments to countries outside the United States.  Upon request, we will provide a tracking number for your order but this tracking number only tracks the package until it LEAVES the United States. Once the package is in your country, it is the responsibility of the customer to investigate its whereabouts.

 *Note: We are not responsible for international duties, fees, and charges. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any specific advice regarding any customs-related fees that you may incur in your country. For specific information, it is best to consult with your local government import office.

 

 

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

Typographical errors happen from time to time despite our best effort to prevent them. WildTech Corporation does not assume responsibility for typographical errors. If you find one, we will inform you that it is a typographical error as soon as we can confirm that to be the case. We have no other responsibility beyond that and will not honor prices or specifications that are inaccurate.

 

WARRANTIES

All FireTacks® and WildTech Corporation products are warranted to perform as outlined in the product descriptions. Since individual circumstances and expertise vary considerably, you the customer assume all responsibility and liability for the proper and safe use of WildTech Corporation products. WildTech Corporation shall not be held liable for any issue stemming from the use or misuse of its products.

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Call, write or e-mail with any product concerns you may have, and Wild Tech will replace defective product or issue a full refund. FireTacks® Trail Markers, FireTape Trail Marking Ribbon, FireTacks® Gear Markers, FireTacks® Hot Dots and WildTech Corporation are protected world wide by applicable trademark and copyright law. Patents Pending.

 

Returns

WildTech Corporation products are carefully inspected for quality and consistency, and are securely packaged for shipping. All sales are final. In the event of damage in shipment, contact WildTech Corporation for return handling procedures.

 

Shipping Your Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: WildTech Corporation,  PO Box 807, Isle, Minnesota 56342

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
